London called and Billy Matador answered!!
Billy Matador was sold as a 3 year old during our 2017 online auction. He was spotted by Dave Quick who entrusted the production of Billy Matador to Jay Buxton who proceeded to take him to 1.50m level.
It was never in question that this talented horse was destined for the top of the sport and earlier this year Andreas Schou and his team saw the potential and the new partnership was formed.
We were incredibly proud to watch him at the recent Global Champions Tour in London where he jumped clear in the 1.60m Grabnd Prix for a top 10 finish. It was a breeders dream to see him and his full sister Billy Picador drawn one after the other on the start list!
